About XChallenge
The largest international mobile robot competition in Poland – XChallenge! – is returning to Rzeszów, the capital of the Podkarpackie region. The Foundation for Supporting Education at the Aviation Valley Association, the Rzeszów IT Group, the Polish Information Processing Society (Podkarpackie Branch), the Ignacy Łukasiewicz Rzeszów University of Technology, and the Podkarpackie Innovation Center invite you to a unique event, which will take place on 15 November 2025 at the ZEN.COM Expo – the Exhibition and Congress Center of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship in Jasionka.
XChallenge is a unique technology event that brings together the best robot builders from Poland and across Europe, competing in three spectacular contests: Task Hunters, Smash Bots, and ROBO~motion. This one-of-a-kind event attracts both professionals and technology enthusiasts of all ages, offering audiences unforgettable excitement. During the competitions, both autonomous and remotely controlled robots can be seen. The robotic constructions will move along specially designed tracks, following lines, competing in mazes, and battling in sumo rings. Only at XChallenge competitions is it possible to observe robots moving along the ceiling of the arena. Throughout the day, robots equipped with circular saws, shears, cutters, launchers, as well as larger constructions designed to perform more precise tasks, will also be presented.
Space picnic
As part of XChallenge, a space picnic will also take place, during which guests will be able to visit a variety of themed stands. Nearly 25 exhibitors will be waiting for participants, representing not only the space sector but also new technologies. The partners have prepared demonstrations, exhibits, workshops, and even planetarium shows for visitors. The space picnic becomes a unique opportunity to explore outer space and the world of science in a highly practical and engaging way!
Additionally, during the event, a popular science zone will be available, featuring simulators and scientific exhibits that will allow guests to interact with science in an engaging, hands-on way. Animators will present fascinating phenomena to visitors, explain how various devices work, and inspire further exploration of the world of science and technology.
Admission
Admission to both the competitions and the space picnic is free of charge and does not require registration. The event will take place on Saturday, 15 November, starting at 10:00 a.m. This year’s edition is part of the Podkarpackie Festival of Science and Innovation.

The event is organized by the Foundation for Supporting Education at the Aviation Valley Association, the Rzeszów IT Group, the Ignacy Łukasiewicz Rzeszów University of Technology, RoboLAB Local STEM Incubator, the Polish Information Processing Society (Podkarpackie Branch), and the Podkarpackie Innovation Center.
The competitions are supported by Strategic Partners: Pratt & Whitney, Rzeszów – the Capital of Innovation, and the Podkarpackie Voivodeship.
